About this article

Developing a business plan is a first step in starting your medical practice. It will force you to confront such realities as where you want your business to be in the future and how you will achieve those goals. If you are writing a business plan for an investor or a bank, you should assume that they know little or nothing about your business and industry. If you are writing a business plan just for yourself, you can craft it to suit your needs. In either case, a well written business plan should include a clear description of your business goals and the strategies you will implement to achieve them.

What you´ll learn
